This exploratory exercise is unique to each case, however, there are models and analysis tools that apply in a similar way to different types of business plans. The key is to focus on the market and not the product.</p>

<p>Sitting in the bar of the Mandarin Hotel in Hong Kong, read an article in Newsweek about the men who paid more taxes in Japan were neither the president nor the Toyota Sony but a man named Taisho appeared first. This businessman manufactured a drink called Lipovitan.</p>
<p>That news suggested to D. Mateschitz and Thailand remembered the drink he took to combat jet lag and was associated with a Thai businessman named Chalerm Yoovidhya that produced Kratindaeng. Another drink that was sold at the pump to prevent drivers fall asleep at the wheel.</p>
<p>The translation of this drink is &#8220;water buffalo&#8221; and the logo looked a bull and a sun. In the mind of an entrepreneur as Dietrich Mateschitz had been born the idea of Red Bull, which in English means &#8220;red bull&#8221;. What better adjective to express power, energy, strength and courage?</p>
<p>Between 1984 and 1987 Dietrich reworked this drink to the European market. Finally in 1987 launched its version of Krating Daeng in Europe under the name Red Bull being a carbonated beverage and less sweet.</p>
<p>Adapted to European tastes flavor, but ran into many problems. First was the price: cost more than other soft drinks. Second, a bottler, because he had to convince the Austrian Rauch juice company, which now gets 20% of its turnover thanks to Red Bull.</p>
